We are On With Life, a non-profit organization founded by families to specialize in brain injury rehabilitation. Our mission “Joining hands, hearts, and minds to help persons living with brain injury get On With Life” is something we live every day.

Our programs include Post-Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation nationally accredited by CARF, Outpatient NeuroRehab Services, Long-Term Skilled Care for Youth and Younger Adults, Supported Community Living and Independent Living at the Apartments of OWL Creek.
